This brings Steam Advantage to Minecraft 1.14.4 under the baseSteam name. It keeps older Steam Advantage worlds readable and puts the machines and parts on the shared basePower creative tab. I recommend backing up the world and testing the upgrade on a copy first.
This is built against the published basePower 2.4.6.114041 release. The local release checks passed, and the rebuilt player jar matches the one used for the migration, machine and restart tests.
