Proposed changes

• Port Show the newsletter signup in the footer on every page [Develop] #250, Widen the footer newsletter [Develop] #253 and Remove top padding from footer main and credits #254 to main.
• Show the "Newsletter subscribe" block pattern in every footer, and remove the old blog-only email block.
• Let the newsletter run wider than the Get Involved box.
• Remove the top padding from the footer main and credits sections.

Why are these changes being made?

• The signup only showed on blog pages. It can now be edited in one place, under Block Patterns.

Testing instructions

• After deploy:
  • Delete .footer-main { padding-top: 50px } from Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS.
  • Remove the newsletter section from the homepage content. Keep the one on /newsletter.
• Open a page, a post, a 404 and an AI template page: the signup shows between Get Involved and the footer links.
• Submit it with a test address and check it arrives.
