docs: link the Java strategy guide at its new address - #6

The guide moved from /docs/developers/api/strategy_coding to /docs/strategies/java/strategy_coding on the website, where the strategy guides now have their own section, and the old address no longer answers.

The website gave the strategy guides their own section, and the guide moved with them. The old address answers
