…include` and `report_metatags_exclude` Report filtering is moving from `cf-serverd` (`report_data_select` in `controls/reports.cf`) to `cf-agent`, one chapter at a time as each moves to leech2 reporting. Classes are the first, so `cf-agent` now filters them with the same metatags. `cf-serverd` keeps filtering variables (`VAD`), execution log (`ELD`), promise log (`PLG`) and monitoring (`MOM`, `MOY`, `MOH`) until they have moved too. Collects the changes for epic ENT-14477. Agents report everything through leech2, while the hub keeps legacy ingestion for older agents.
