Description

Updates the Docker Support portal page and the Support overview so they match the Notion draft and read as one set.

Support portal (content/manuals/support/portal.md):

  • Follows the draft's outline: access, landing page, creating and viewing cases, severity levels, case statuses, comments, watchers, attachments, resolving a case, and permissions.
  • Keeps details confirmed in the live portal that the draft did not cover, such as Get instant help, the Email field, Diagnostics ID, Affected users, and the PENDING CASE NUMBER… label.
  • Puts the rollout limit in a note, and states the steps to open the portal once.
  • Attaches files as a step in the comment procedure, and keeps file rules, security checks, and upload limits in one section.

Support overview (content/manuals/support/_index.md):

  • Describes the Support portal in the summary and links to the portal for enrollment, severity levels, and case statuses.
  • Presents Docker Desktop support scope as Covered and Not covered tabs, with the same items as before.
  • Lists the Support portal first under Next steps.

The Docker Desktop roles reference (content/manuals/security/roles-and-permissions/) is not changed in this PR.

The portal page had drifted from the Notion draft and lost its outline.
Rewrite it to follow the draft section by section, including who gets
access, case creation, watchers, files, resolution, and permissions.

Keep the details that the browser review confirmed and the draft did not
cover, such as Get instant help, the Email field, and the Diagnostics ID
and Affected users fields. Move severity levels and case statuses onto
the portal page, and link to them from the support overview.

The overview repeated severity and status details and lacked a link to the
portal. Point the overview to the portal, move Docker Desktop scope into
Covered and Not covered tabs, and list the portal first under Next steps.

Discussed with Kavin - agree with all of his recommendations. Once those recommendations are merged - Its a sign off from my side. Thanks Alexa
