### A5. ICS 630-01 — Annex D Chinese (D)

29 documents in the reference collection; Annexes encoded through WO-series
(Annex G = PR #213). Annex D (Chinese personal names, pinyin) remains.
### A5. ICS 630-01 — Annex D Chinese (CLOSED 2026-11-03)

COMPLETE: odni-zho-Hani-Latn-2015 (maps PR #253) — 115 surname rules
(STC-coded, printed alternates annotated) + orthographic rules +
criterion-b capitalization; 132 embedded tests, 132/132 on fresh
origin/main. All four Annex D documents read completely (WO89's
Appendix-A note was wrong: the Hanzi data is Appendix C; Appendix B
preserved in full in tools/ics-630-01-annexd.json). With A4's close
the same day, every Track-A item is now either encoded or
owner-gated.

### A6. ISO scope gaps (all D tables; scope, not new authorities)
