Completes the three-runtime A3 contract: ruby (shipped, #816), TypeScript (companion PR), and now python. Same shape as ruby's: {tested, matched, ratio, distinguishing[]}, probing through the real ISC engine. 6 tests green; full py suite green (92 passed).

…uby contract

check(first_source, second_source, samples) -> {tested, matched, ratio,
distinguishing}, probing through the real ISC engine (isc_to_tree ->
Engine). Mirrors ruby lib/interscript/equivalence.rb and the TS port
(interscript-ts src/equivalence.ts) — one contract, three runtimes.
