Overview
Release 0.141.0 bumps package/version metadata and documents three API-facing SDK updates from the OpenAPI sync.

Customer-managed VGS vault payments extend vault provider configs with provider="vgs" (service account credentials, vault ID, sandbox/live environment) and add wallet/card item specs and states for cards stored in the customer’s VGS vault—PAN/CVC via aliases, authorize/fill flows, and related request/response types wired into existing card and wallet discriminated unions. api.md and vault item upsert params include the new VGS types.

Search drops SerpApi and Valyu from provider listing filters, ProviderTargetParam, and all associated option types—callers targeting those slugs must migrate to remaining providers.

Imported Link wallets (token_refresh=customer) now document that Link rejecting the stored access token yields 409 with error code access_token_rejected on operations that reach Link; recovery is still via update_access_token and retry.
