Integrate Bailian CLI with aliyun bl, including host-aware command references and credentials supplied by Aliyun CLI.

• Render help, recovery hints, examples, and structured command invocations through the shared command-reference API. Keep the executable separate from fixed subcommands.
• Resolve complete AK/SK/STS groups in this order: command flags → Bailian environment variables → selected Bailian config → Alibaba Cloud environment variables.
• Obtain Console tokens internally when missing or expired. Share token issuance within a Client while keeping concurrent business requests independent; keep automatically acquired credentials in memory and retain the existing local-token persistence behavior.
• Isolate host update checks and cover invocation, credential priority, refresh, concurrency, and persistence boundaries.

Validation after merging main (a7cb810c):

• vp check: passed, 0 errors and 2 existing warnings.
• Core build: passed.
• Targeted regression: 13 files, 229 passed and 4 live-gated skipped; 23.45s, Node 26.13.0, 2 workers.
• Real default Aliyun OAuth: auth status, OpenAPI seats, Console app list, and concurrent Console quota calls all passed without a profile override; isolated Bailian config remained unchanged.
• Full CI is pending on this PR. Local acceptance covered macOS source execution through Aliyun CLI master, not a cross-platform binary matrix.
