Project Status What it is
k10s live Kubernetes terminal UI you can click. Mouse, one search box for the whole cluster, opens instantly, single self-updating binary. Go
p10logs live Persistent, multi-cluster Kubernetes pod logs. One DaemonSet, one hub with a PVC, built-in UI. No Elasticsearch, no Grafana. Go · Helm
docflare-ai live AI chatbot and site search for your docs in one <script> tag. 100% Cloudflare-native, runs on the free tier. TypeScript
aot-llm new Compiles a quantized GGUF model into one native binary. No runtime, ~0.2 ms startup, llama.cpp-identical output. Rust
listmngr alpha Mailing-list manager that replaces GNU Mailman 3 in one static binary. SQLite or PostgreSQL, web UI, archive, REST API. Rust
local-rwx pre-release ReadWriteMany volumes from the local disk you already have, over NFS-Ganesha. No replication, on purpose. Go

What we do

Practice
01 Software engineering — web, API and data platforms, built by the engineers who will also run them
02 Deployment & delivery — CI/CD, GitOps, preview environments, canary and blue/green with automatic rollback
03 Infrastructure & monitoring — reliability assessment, IaC, SLOs and tracing, 24/7 on-call and incident command
04 AI infrastructure — GPU capacity and build-vs-rent, inference clusters, cost per thousand requests tracked as an SLI
05 Cloud, cost & compliance — migration, FinOps, disaster recovery, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness

How we work

Assess (two weeks) → Architect → Automate → Operate. One fixed monthly figure, one named lead, 15-minute incident response.

Everything is built in your repositories and your cloud accounts, so you own the code and the infrastructure from the first commit. Engagements run month to month, with a documented handover plan from day one.

DevOps engineering since 2025. Senior engineers in Ho Chi Minh City, serving South-East Asia, Europe and Australia. English and Vietnamese.
A short note reaches an engineer, not a sales sequence.
