I'm a third-year MBBS student at SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Amritsar.
Before medicine I spent years online as PGamerX, a self-taught backend developer from India. I shipped a browser extension used by thousands, ran Discord bots for large communities, hosted a free public API, and sold one of my extensions for $1,000.
These days the stethoscope comes first, but I still build things: tools for safer clinical work, an easier path through medical school, and better ways to work with AI.
Coshift lets several Claude Code accounts work on your projects in parallel, with one shared board per project. Sessions claim their own tasks, never edit the same files, hand work over at usage limits, and restart from a saved summary at 70% context instead of compacting.
