Summary of Changes

RustFS reports the drives of a single-node deployment by path only (/data/rustfs0). The PodDisruptionBudget step rejected such a layout ("drive endpoint has no host"), logged a warning and requeued every 60 seconds. Path-only drive endpoints now map to one local server, so a single-server pool resolves to "no budget" without a warning or requeue.

Additional Notes

• Documentation already states that single-server pools get no budget; no change needed.
• No CHANGELOG entry: the PodDisruptionBudget feature is still under [Unreleased] and this fixes it before release.
• Found on three single-server Tenants running main 298f568; multi-server Tenants report http://host:port/path endpoints and are unaffected.
• single_node_pool_with_path_endpoints_gets_no_budget fails on the previous code (60 s requeue) and passes now.
