This is a Python CLI named DevSetup: it clones GitHub repositories, detects their stack, installs dependencies, and runs health checks through built-in and extensible plugins. I’m updating the GitHub metadata and replacing the README with a clearer user-facing guide that matches the implemented commands and supported ecosystems.
