Hi, I'm Hamza 👋

Technical founder and full-stack AI engineer in Seoul. I build zero-to-one products end to end, then keep refining them with what customers say and do. I write all my code with AI agents.

What I'm building

  • 🎬 HoverNotes: privacy-first AI notes for online video learners, saved to your own Obsidian vault. Founder; grew it to five-figure MRR within its first year. My full-time focus.
  • 🧭 Quest: building an agentic operating system for tour operators. One agent, Ask Quest, works across their quotes, packages, website and blog, and asks before it acts. Co-founder & CTO.
  • 🕊️ JonjaBird: an agentic AI mailroom that helps foreign inmates in Korea stay in touch with their families abroad. Founder.
  • 🇺🇬 USKA: president of the Ugandans in South Korea Association.

Before that

  • SpaceXAI (contract, 2026): Grok model evaluation, reviewing AI-generated code against real engineering requirements.
  • Bebridge / Slid (2022–2025): early engineer to Lead AI Engineer; AI auto-notes, AI chat over notes, real-time transcription.
  • TexTutor (2025): led the build of an AI essay-grading platform for Swiss schools.
  • 🎓 Came to Korea from Uganda in 2018 on the Global Korea Scholarship, reached TOPIK 5 in eight months, and graduated cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Korea University.
