The 0.1.0 release failed at the build step, before anything reached PyPI or GitHub Releases. The release build installs [build-system].requires with --require-build-hashes, taking the hashes from the build group of pylock.toml through the shared constraint export. python-sbom builds its own wheel with its own hook, which also needs installer, packageurl-python and zipremove, and the group listed only the hatch plugins, so uv refused installer for want of a trusted hash.

The build group now lists every build requirement, and the relock adds those three packages to the group without changing any version. Building with the constraints the release workflow exports passes on this branch and fails on main.

The release build installs [build-system] requires only with hashes from the
lock's build group. python-sbom builds itself with its own hook, which needs
installer, packageurl-python and zipremove, and the group lacked them, so the
0.1.0 release build failed before anything was published.
